National Pie Week
The Vegetarian Society have just published two scrumptious, new recipes for Pie Week: Caribbean Pie and a Dauphinoise Pie. Both have been tested and photographed as vegan options - delish!
Chinese New Year
There are so many beautiful food traditions around Chinese New Year. Noodles for longevity, spring rolls for prosperity (like little gold bars) and zesty mandarine flavours for good luck and good fortune. Great fun developing a recipe for VegSoc.
Fish and Chips - no cruelty
The latest shoot to re-create a British classic was so much fun. Tofish (Tofu fish) with a taste of the sea, chunky chips and a generous dollop of plant-based tartare sauce. Ahhh, life is good...
Cake, glorious cake
If you need any proof that vegans can eat amazing cake, my latest photo shoot for the Vegan Cakery will give it to you! Officially amazing, officially tasty.... and ohhhh, so pretty!
Extended article for Vegetarian Living Magazine
My monthly column has grown again. After many years of working with Vegetarian Living I am now their regular vegan food writer. Watch out for the new three-page spread with even more tasty, vegan fayre!
Festive Season, sorted... if you're able to get your hands on a Vegetarian for Life Christmas guide. Super-tasty new recipes, tested and photographed in the Flavourphotos kitchen.
