Autumn has only just begun but I'm definitely getting into the festive spirit. Shooting this year's Christmas recipes for the Vegetarian Society was great fun as always. Watch out for the Rosemary and Apple Crowns, they are absolutely delicious.
Meanwhile, December's Cook Vegetarian magazine will see me reminisce with my Danish and Icelandic friends about Continental and Scandinavian Christmas traditions. Feeling all warm and festive already!
